Jesse is responsible for overseeing APIC Solutions day to day operations. In addition to co-founding APIC Solutions, Jesse has over 10 years of business development and management experience in construction, technology, real estate, and banking. It is his innovative ideas and desire to take on challenges that make him a pacesetter in our evolving, fast-paced technology driven industry.
The APIC Solutions Operations Team is led by Chris. With 15 years of industry experience in Operations, Chris brings an unparalleled skill set and resourcefulness to the company. His numerous certifications in Product Design and Installation provide a comprehensive background to the multiple divisions within APIC Solutions. He works daily to ensure that his internal and external clients are designing the best possible solution to meet and exceed their electrical, low voltage, and security systems needs.

Dru has 30 years of experience in Administration and Accounting and is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of APIC Solutions. She has successfully managed multiple companies, fostering an innate attention to detail and a vast understanding of how a successful business runs. Dru provides our clients with accurate and timely information, making her an invaluable asset to the company.
Karen Casalino Scranton
Accounting Administrative Assistant
Karen brings with her 10 years experience in the construction industry and also in administration support. Her two-fold experience and versatility makes for an all-round essential team player. Karen is responsible for assisting with all financial aspects for APIC Solutions as well as other divisions within APIC Solutions.
Paul has been an Electrical Journeyman for 13 years with leadership experience as lead Journeyman and in Project Management. With his vast understanding of electrical projects ranging from Residential to Heavy Commercial to Light Industrial, Paul is a vital asset for APIC Solutions Electrical Division. His strong work ethic and attention to detail are what ensure that our Electrical Projects are done accurately and in a timely manner.
Bert has 19 years of experience ranging from installation to project supervision. His in-depth understanding of low voltage specialty systems successfully provides integrated solutions that are customized to meet the needs of APIC Solution customers. Bert’s experience and dedication is only rivaled by his commitment to his customers and teammates.
Low Voltage Service Manager
Martin has 14 years of experience in low voltage specialty systems and leads a team of expert service technicians. Martin’s team consistently demonstrates their dedication to their motto of “leaving no customer behind”. Martin’s expertise and dedication to his team and customers is an enormous contribution to the success of the service team in making certain our customers are fans of APIC Solutions.
Noly has over 30 years experience in the construction industry with a successful and proven track record estimating, project negotiating, project management, project scheduling, material and equipment procurement, and in operations. His experience includes estimating and managing several high profile multimillion dollar electrical projects in the Southwest.
Director of Business Development
Andrew has over a decade of experience consulting customers with customized, out of the box solutions. He is dedicated to providing expert customer service and prides himself in exceeding customer expectations. His strategic and creative thinking, industry knowledge, and can do attitude, help to ensure APIC Solutions customers value our partnership .Andrew is currently the President of the New Mexico Chapter of IFMA.
Client Support Specialist
Jerrod has 8 years of experience in management. He spent most of his years employed in the healthcare industry on both the business administration side and in a hospital setting. Although Jerrod is new to the construction industry, he brings with him the skill set to provide excellent service and knowledge to the customers he is working with and dedication to meet any tasks at hand.
Electrical Service Manager
Amore has over 10 years’ experience in the Electrical Construction industry. In addition to successfully running his own electrical construction company, Amore has worked for some of the largest contractors in New Mexico. Throughout his career, Amore has managed well over a hundred million dollars in electrical construction projects and brings a wealth of expertise to APIC Solutions.
